One~2~One Yoga



I specialize in Personalized Yoga – some may think about being bendy and need to wrap your legs around your head.  This is just a media encouragement.  Mainly yoga helps maintain your spine which is the centre of your movement, your focus, your thinking, your energy and your happiness.  Proper movement and alignment of the spine produces a feeling of happiness, decreasing stress absorbed in the body and health.

Are you working too much, moving less and doing less?  Are your joints and muscles beginning to hurt more?  or maybe your belly is getting bigger but your eating healthy and don’t know why.

I am a certified Yoga Instructor who has worked with people one – 2 – one for over 10 years. I provide Private Yoga Therapy Sessions. Each session is created specifically for your needs.

Yoga helps ease pain & tension in the back, neck, chronic pain, asthma, injuries from accidents, help with illnesses and overall health froma perspective that the body is a whole working interdependently.

Pre-natal, Pregnancy, & Post-natal specialist offered too.

60 & 90 Minute lessons available in your home or office or my mine.
