Six Senses Yoga College offers the rich ancient tradition of Classical Yoga while educating peoples in the value of maintaining the earth’s natural world since 2004.
Our proceeds go to endowment land purchases where humans may observe, learn and understand the natural world without altering it.
As the earth’s human population increases so does our dependency on the natural world, diminishing rich, healthy eco systems and inhabitants while homogenizing people’s existences.
Yoga is steeped in rich tradition of respecting the natural world, the Six Senses Yoga training encourages each participant to appreciate themselves anew in the context of moving and shifting their awareness, ideals of their physical/mental and spiritual realities to awaken their senses, in appreciation and value of nature.
Yoga teaches us to co-exist with nature, to deepen our abilities, to find our own truths, to step back and observe….to hear, listen, to taste, see, touch and to feel . . . To be ALIVE when for many our lives stray farther away until we miss all that is in front of us . . . until it is no more. . . .

Expand your Yoga Teaching with Classical Yoga for Pregnancy. This Intensive explores Classical Healing and Experimental Yoga asanas, meditations, vocal toning & yoga nada, yoga nidra and pregnancy anatomy enabling participants to aid expectant mums in having the most natural, comfortable pregnancy and child birth. Wednesday to Sunday, 5 Days/4 Nights
In this retreat we explore the freedom to develop and deepen a yoga practice that is intuitive, to free the self, to relearn what you need for your peace, body and spirit.
All too often we are told when, what, where and why to eat, sleep, play / not to play, how you feel / not to feel, to grow up; basically how to lead your life. This begins at an early age in (pre-school/daycares) kindergarten when we’re told when snack is, where to site and to be still.
